Turn Off Window Animation

You can turn off the animation displayed when you minimize and maximize windows with this modification. 

1. HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control panel \ Desktop \ WindowMetrics 
2. Create a new string named "MinAnimate" 
3. Modify the new string's value for 0 or 1 
4. 0 = Off and 1 = On
